Tipoff for Game 3 of the NBA Finals starts in 30 minutes so tonight’s Fresh Beer Report will be a brief one.

THE RETURN OF THE KING . . .

Funny how quickly the hearts of the fans up in CLE changed from when LBJ jumped ship to his triumphant return. It’s seems like just yesterday they were burning his jersey.

That being said, I’ve been trying hard to not be a hater on anything not Cincinnati or my beloved Irish. It started with somewhat rooting for Ohio State after an improbable run to the National Championship after QB after QB went down.

It continues with rooting on the Cleveland Cavaliers. It’s pretty amazing what The King has been able to accomplish with this team without Irving, Love and Varejao.

Can’t wait for tonight’s game. Go Cavs! There, I said it.

For those who still have hate in your heart. I’ll leave you with this.

GREAT LAKES, NEW BRANDING . . .

One last shout out to the CLE.  I’ve been having fun making my way through some singles from their portfolio as I collect the newly branded bottles. I had the Edmund Fitzgerald Porter last night. Fantastic!

The new Sharpshooter Session Wheat IPA is decent. Maybe I was expecting too much from a Session Wheat IPA. I’ve got 4 more to try so maybe I’ll change my tune. Speaking of tunes….

MUSIC, MUSIC, MUSIC

What the heck, let’s continue this Cleveland love fest. Here’s a little tune you might be familiar with. Cleveland Rocks by Ian Hunter from his 1979 album You’re Never Alone with a Schizophrenic.

I love you Wikipedia but I’m still not donating.

Until next time…
